What if an item is out of stock? +
If an item you love is out of stock, feel free to email us at hello@softnordstudio.com. We’ll check whether we can source it for you. If it is available, we’ll let you know the expected delivery time before you place an order.
Where are orders shipped from? +
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
How long does delivery take? +
Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Shipping to Denmark with PostNL usually takes 2–3 business days, giving a total estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. Delivery may take longer during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and public holidays.
How much does shipping cost? +
We currently offer free shipping to Denmark, including track & trace.
Can I return my order? +
