Soft Nord Studio currently ships to Denmark.
Processing and Shipping
Jewellery that is in stock is processed and dispatched within 0–2 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Our jewellery is shipped from the Netherlands.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping to Denmark, including track & trace.
Estimated Delivery Time
The total delivery time consists of Soft Nord Studio's processing time and PostNL's transit time.
- Processing time: 0–2 business days
- Transit time: 2–3 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
During peak periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas and other public holidays, delivery may take longer than the estimated 2–5 business days.
Order Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 22:00 (CET/CEST), Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 22:00 on a business day enter processing that same business day. Orders placed after 22:00, on weekends or on public holidays enter processing on the next business day.
Orders are dispatched within the 0–2 business day processing time stated above.
Tracking
Orders are shipped with PostNL and include track & trace.
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information is available, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Delays or Delivery Issues
Soft Nord Studio remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you.
If your order is delayed, damaged during transit or does not arrive, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.
Shipping Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to update the address.
